- Position Title: Arcade Games Technician
- Objective of Position:
- Celebrity Theatres seeks individuals that enjoy working in a fun environment, have an amazing personality and are committed to ensuring that each guest receives an unprecedented experience by providing quick, friendly service.
- Arcade Game Technicians must be able to provide mechanical and electronic services to arcade/video games, ensuring that games are always guest ready.
- The ideal candidate must have general knowledge of hand tools and circuitry boards, which enables them to maintain and repair both mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade game machines. This includes but is not limited to assembling through use of multi-meters, electrical parts, hand tools and soldering irons.
- Arcade Game Technicians will use manuals and wiring diagrams to keep machines in proper order and carry out various diagnostic tests. The ideal candidate must be able to readily identify the most common problems with components like controls and audio systems.
- Technicians must have a strong understanding of relevant safety procedures and be able to lift heavy objects.
- Arcade Game Technicians may deal with minor to major malfunctions, and he/she will be expected to prevent such common difficulties. Technicians also conduct tests on various machines and order replacement parts, keeping accurate records of every installation and repair, along with any associated monetary transactions.
- The candidate will receive on-hand training in all areas of job description.

- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
- Assists in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
- Assists with general store maintenance as directed by management.
- An understanding of the communication of input and output, reset procedures and the use of troubleshooting and malfunction codes.
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of arcade games and performing repairs on the machines.
- Maintains cleanliness of all arcade and games and surrounding areas and continuously is sanitizing.
- Understands how to play each arcade game.
- Assists guests with any questions including game play.
- Properly cleans each arcade game.
- Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
- Performs duties as assigned.
- Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with the Celebrity Theatres standards.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualification
- Ability to read and write in English
- Capability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Aptitude to read and understand different diagrams.
- Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to guests.
- Physically lift 50 pounds or more.
- Basic understanding of hand tools such as a soldering iron and multi-meter
- Possess a strong eye for details

- Position Title: Jr. Arcade Technician
- Objective of Position:
- Celebrity Theatres seeks individuals that enjoy working in a fun environment, have an amazing personality and are committed to ensuring that each guest receives an unprecedented experience by providing quick, friendly service.
- Jr. Arcade Game Technicians must be able to assist the arcade technician with daily maintenance of the arcade games, this includes anything from maintaining the cleanliness of the machines to re-stocking the arcade games.
- The Jr. Arcade Technician must be able to readily assist the Arcade Technician by keeping the redemption prize center (RPC) stocked and supply an accurate inventory.
