When are the weekly movie listings and showtimes posted?

Movie listings and show times are posted every Monday for the upcoming week. Some films may have advance tickets available for purchase. To do so, please visit the Coming Soon section under the Movie tab on our website.

What are your hours of operation?

Hours of operation vary day to day at each location. All Celebrity Theatres locations open 20 minutes prior to the first scheduled showtime of that day, and doors close 20 minutes following the start of the last scheduled showtime.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary day to day. The time of day, age and type of movie format also play a role in determining the price of tickets. For the most accurate list of ticket prices, visit the Theatres & Pricing tab on our website.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets may be purchased online or at the box office at each Celebrity Theatres location. 

When purchasing tickets online, please be sure to verify the date, time and location of your purchase. Upon the completion of your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email. Please show our box office attendant a copy of this email when you arrive to your scheduled show.

To purchase tickets in person at your local Celebrity Theatres, please see the box office attendant upon your arrival, or visit the kiosk in our lobby.

Why is a fee applied when purchasing tickets online?

In order to provide this online service, we add a minimal charge as a online fee. By purchasing tickets online in advance, you are guaranteed a seat and avoid a sold-out showing. To have this fee waived, become a Red Carpet Rewards member by visiting the rewards tab on our website.

Is my credit card information stored?

No.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation and what should I do?

There are many causes as to why you did not receive your email confirmation. Here are the most common causes:

  • Some internet service providers block emails sent from addresses it does not recognize.
  • Your SPAM settings within your email may block emails sent from addresses it does not recognize.
  • You may have entered your email address incorrectly.

You can still redeem your online ticket purchase at the box office upon your arrival to the theatre.

Can I make changes to my online ticket purchase?

Currently, we do not offer online ticket exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange to your order, please visit the box office at least 1 hour prior to your showtime.

Do you offer refunds for missed movies?

Unfortunately, if you do not visit the box office 1 hour prior to the listed showtime, we do not offer refunds. When you purchase and reserve your seats online, Celebrity Theatres removes these seats so that guests may not purchase them. We are unable to resell the tickets in the event you do not attend your chosen show time.

How do I refund my tickets?

Refunds can be issued at the box office with the same credit card or gift card used for purchase. Should you have any concerns, please contact the Celebrity Theatres location directly to discuss refund policies and procedures.

How do I resolve a credit card discrepancy?

What are your age restrictions for ticket pricing and movie admission?

Senior citizens are considered 55 years of age or older. Children under 3 years of age are free. Individuals between 3 and 12 years of age are considered children. Celebrity Theatres supports and enforces the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) ratings system. You must be at least 17 years of age or have a parent or guardian accompany you to view R-Rated films. Valid ID’s will be required to attend R-Rated movies, and will be checked at the theatre. No one under 17 is permitted to a R-Rated film after 6pm.

What are your birthday and special events policies?

Celebrity Theatres currently enforces three policies for birthday parties, field trips and other special events. They are:  
GUEST COUNT POLICY:
An attendance figure should be finalized no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Should no changes be made in this time window, the expected attendance on the invoice will be considered the final figure. This figure will be considered a guarantee and is not subject to reduction. The guaranteed guest count may increase but may not decrease within 24 hours of the event's start-time.   
Clients will be billed for the guaranteed guest count or the amount in attendance, whichever is greater. 
 
CLEANING FEE:
By finalizing the booking of your event at Celebrity Theatres, the guest hereby agrees to accept the property in its present state of cleanliness. They agree to return the property in the same condition or better, or a $100 cleaning fee will be issued to cover damage and/or labor costs. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that your scheduled event is a time reserved exclusively for you and deposits are non-refundable. A 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required for all private theatre buyouts, birthday parties and special events. Deposits for the previously mentioned parties and events that are cancelled or rescheduled prior to 48-hour window may be applied to a future event. Deposits for events cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be forfeited.
